One
of the favorite areas for orbiting cameras to photograph, so it must
have something going for it. Of course, it isn't exactly hard to find,
either. On the posted images, you see a lot of messy topography. When
you enhance them, it becomes more apparent why this area is always on
the "A" list- in the ongoing search for Potentially Useful
Ruins, Sinus Meridiani has lots of them.

quite this close-in, looks a bit like a Samurai mask. Note the
structural "blockies"- I never have liked that label,
